Patrik Alex Kiss began their work experience in 2019 as a Service Desk Analyst at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. Patrik Alex then moved on to Tresorit in 2020, where they initially worked as a German Speaking Technical Customer Service Specialist. From there, they were promoted to the role of Level 2 Senior Customer Service Expert before finally becoming a Customer Service Operations Manager in July 2023.
Patrik Alex Kiss began their education in 2015 at Eötvös Loránd University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology. Patrik Alex completed their studies successfully in 2019. In 2021, they enrolled at Budapest Business School to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and they are expected to complete this program in 2025.
