Kalle Malda has extensive experience in customer service and order processing management, currently serving as SAP Application Manager for Production Planning and Quality at Trespa since April 2015. Kalle is responsible for overseeing the Order Processing Team, which handles operations across multiple European regions, and has also managed the Inside Sales Team since 2018. Previous roles include Customer Service Manager for Western Europe at Alere, where Kalle led trilingual customer service teams, and Customer Service Manager positions at both Orange Medical and Essilor, focusing on implementing ERP systems and enhancing sales processes. Kalle holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Languages from HZ University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an international semester at Universität Klagenfurt.
