Anthony M. Tessitore

Anthony Tessitore’s practice focuses on the handling of complex civil matters including a wide array of insurance defense and coverage disputes. He has represented various domestic and foreign insurers in both litigated and non-litigated matters and has appeared in both State and Federal Courts on behalf of his clients.

Anthony’s practice includes advising and representing clients across various business lines including with respect to: complex general liability matters, technology, cyber, and media related risks, environmental, toxic tort & health hazard claims, professional liability and malpractice matters, first party property losses, accident and health claims, aviation related disputes, employment practices liability, and intellectual property/coverage B claims. He is regularly asked to advise insurers on questions regarding alternative risk transfer under comprehensive general liability and other policies.

Prior to joining Tressler LLP, Anthony was senior counsel at a global law firm. From 2011-2014, Anthony was recognized as a “Rising Star” in his practice area by the nationally recognized publication, Super Lawyers.
