an Cunningham’s practice involves insurance coverage and bad faith litigation stemming from all sorts of underlying claims, including claims arising out of bodily injury, property damage, consumer protection statutes, privacy violations, defamation, intellectual property infringement, defective products and pollution. Dan has represented insurers in all aspects of litigation throughout the country.

Additionally, Dan counsels insurers with regard to claim handling and underwriting issues.
