Joseph A. Silverstein

Joseph is an associate in the Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Practice Group. Joseph has extensive experience in and deep knowledge of civil litigation, collections and foreclosure defense. Joseph also advises condominium associations of their rights and responsibilities under Illinois law.

Prior to joining Tressler, Joseph worked for a national law firm representing banks and financial institutions in all aspects of collection and civil litigation. He has also represented debtors in foreclosure cases.

Joseph has successfully represented his clients at settlement conferences, contested hearings and bench trials. He is also well versed in drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses to discovery.

In his spare time, Joseph enjoys watching the Chicago Cubs, playing football with his friends, cooking for his wife and spending time with his dog, Sansa.
