Victor Zhang P.E.

Victor Zhang P.E. is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder at Trestle, a company that focuses on streamlining the construction contracting and procurement process through automation and A.I. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Dragados USA, Inc., including Successful Alternative-Delivery Estimating Manager, Lead Estimator, and Senior Estimator. Victor was responsible for overseeing estimating and procurement, managing large estimating teams, and working on complex infrastructure projects. Victor also worked as a Senior Estimator at OHL North America, where they managed local and remote estimating teams and obtained significant new projects. Earlier in their career, they served as a Civil Estimator at Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc., working on heavy civil projects and utilizing HCSS-HeavyBid software. Victor also gained experience in classroom design and CAD instruction at Penn State University. Victor started their career as a Field Intern at Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc.

Victor Zhang P.E. has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. Victor also holds a Master's Degree in Construction Management from Manhattan College. In addition, they have obtained the Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification from the New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained the Engineer In Training/Fundamentals of Engineering (E.I.T/F.E.) certification from the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in 2009.
