Mike Hickman

Mike Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mike most recently worked at Owl Cyber Defense as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Product Development at Tresys Technology and also worked as a Product Manager at the same company. Mike has also worked as a Product Marketing Consultant at Multiple Companies, Senior Product Manager at Finch Computing, Co-Founder and Product Manager at Interi Systems, Director of Marketing & Product Planning and Sales Engineer at Tresys Technology, and Project Manager and Technology Commercialization Manager at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Additionally, they have worked as a Consultant on various business optimization and product launch projects and as a Strategic Consultant at Symphony Services. In their early career, Mike held the role of Managing Director at Progress Software, where they built and managed an offshore development center in India.

Mike Hickman attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Computer Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from GE in 2002 and a Pragmatic Marketing Certified PMC-III certification in 2015.
