Anthony Tolentino serves as the HR Business Partner for North America at TREVIICOS, a heavy civil construction company, since April 2022. Responsibilities include collaborating with executives to align HR strategies with business goals. Previously, Anthony held the position of Restaurant General Manager at Ciconte's Restaurants Group, overseeing operations for three restaurant chains, and served as Regional Area Human Resources Manager at The Lane Construction Corporation, where leadership of start-up HR activities was a key focus. Anthony's experience also includes a significant tenure at Astaldi as Head of International HR-Corporate, managing expatriate personnel and related HR functions. With a robust background in international HR management at eni spa and Pirelli, as well as degrees from Università Bocconi and a certificate from Duke University, Anthony has a well-rounded expertise in human resources across various sectors.

TREVIICOS Corporation was founded in 1997 when the Italian TREVI group acquired Boston- based ground engineering firm ICOS, to combine the worldwide experience of TREVI with ICOS' knowledge of the North American market. TREVIICOS is a full- service ground engineering company able to provide innovative applications and a broad range of techniques such as slurry walls, cut-off walls, secant piles, caissons, jet grouting, deep & shallow mixing, and ground improvement.
