Cecilia Gunawan

Cecilia Gunawan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hospitality management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at CoVenture since January 2022, Cecilia previously held the position of Assistant In-Room Dining Manager at The Dominick, where operational leadership was provided for 45 associates, and a successful opening of the El Ta’Koy franchise was managed, generating substantial sales. Prior roles at Marriott International included Housekeeping Manager, where significant reductions in unauthorized overtime were achieved, and Guest Service Manager, which focused on enhancing guest satisfaction. Cecilia also has project management experience from the Reading Terminal Market Merchants Association, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University, along with an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management from the Community College of Philadelphia.
