Pete Guzior

Pete Guzior has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the sales and operations field. Pete currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Trew LLC since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Intelligrated for 12 years, where they held multiple roles including Senior Director of Lifecycle Sales, Senior Director of Proposal Delivery Group, and Sales Account Manager. During their time at Intelligrated, Pete successfully managed sales teams, implemented management operations systems, and secured multimillion-dollar system sales. Before their tenure at Intelligrated, Pete worked at Dematic as a Business Development Manager, Senior Account Representative, Operations Manager, and Engineering Supervisor. With Dematic, they expanded market presence, revitalized underserved territories, led operational divisions, and supervised engineering projects. Pete began their career as a Project Engineer at VTS Engineering Design Group, where they facilitated system designs and field surveys. Throughout their career, Pete has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales, operations management, and engineering design.

Pete Guzior obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications and skills, including being a former Certified Accident Reconstructionist, an Engineer in Training Certification (EIT), and proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM application. Pete has also undergone professional training in areas such as Large Account Management, Professional Sales Coaching (Miller Heiman), Proposal Writing (Shipley Method), and Strategic Selling (Miller Heiman).
