Rosario Labastida has worked in the field of virology and immunology since 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Research Associate at the Autonomous University of Mexico. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan, where they worked with mouse adenovirus. Currently, they are a Scientist 1 at TRexBio.
Rosario Labastida obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, they completed a Master's degree in Human Immunology at the Autonomous University State of Morelos. Finally, they earned a Ph.D in Human Immunology and Cell Biology from the Autonomous University State of Morelos in 2018.
