Ashley Gerken

Ashley Gerken has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Ashley most recently worked as the Director of HR Operations at Trex Company, where they held various roles such as Director of Talent and Organizational Development and HR Manager. Prior to that, they were the HR Generalist at Fives Cinetic Corp. and the Human Resources Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company. Ashley also worked as an HR Consultant at Marathon Oil Corporation and had an HR internship at The Edventure Group. Throughout their career, Ashley has gained expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, staffing, training and development, and policy development and implementation.

Ashley Gerken holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from West Virginia University, which they obtained in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM-SCP in 2015, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2011, and the DDI Facilitator certification in 2008 from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
