Gerald Romero

Gerald Romero, PHR, SSGB, has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various roles at Trex Company since September 2006, including Corporate H.R. Manager and Human Resources Manager for Trex's flagship operation. In these positions, Gerald has overseen HR support across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, effectively managing a team and maintaining low turnover rates through strategic talent acquisition. Prior to Trex, Gerald held the position of Human Resources Supervisor at George's from 1997 to 2006. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Universidad de Guanajuato.
