Chad Lemons

Chad Lemons has extensive experience in the accounting and finance sector, currently serving as Assistant Controller at Trex Company since June 2007. Responsibilities include managing tax compliance, income tax reporting, the monthly close process, and overseeing the Financial Services Department, which encompasses accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Additionally, Chad assists in coordinating SOX compliance efforts and in preparing 10Q/10K reports while leading various cross-functional projects. Prior to Trex Company, Chad worked as a Tax Supervisor at Yount, Hyde & Barbour, PC, from June 2002 to June 2007, where responsibilities included preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing client relationships, and performing annual attestation services as part of the Estate Team. Chad holds a Master's degree in Accounting from East Carolina University, with earlier education at Virginia Tech.
