Jeff Dugger

Jeff Dugger has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jeff started their career at McNeil Consumer Healthcare in 2004, where they held roles as a Team Leader, Plant Planner, and Senior Demand Planner. In 2010, they moved to Rubbermaid Commercial Products and took on positions such as Senior Supply Planner, Manager of Supply Planning, Global Sourcing Manager, and Senior Manager of Supply Chain. In 2016, they joined Newell Brands as a Plant Manager before transitioning to Trex Company in 2019 as the Director of Supply Chain. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Faith Christian Academy starting in 2018. Throughout their career, Jeff has gained expertise in supply chain management, production planning, inventory control, and project management.

Jeff Dugger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University from 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued an MBA in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies from Penn State Great Valley from 2007 to 2010.
