Linnzi McDowell has a diverse work experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and operations management. Linnzi started their career at Quad/Graphics in 2000 and worked as a Lead Plant Scheduling Manager for over 10 years. In 2011, they joined Rubbermaid Commercial Products as a Sr. Planner, Operations and later became a Sourcing Manager. Since 2018, Linnzi has been working at Trex Company, where they first served as a Direct Materials Buyer before being promoted to Strategic Sourcing Manager and currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
Linnzi McDowell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they attended from 1996 to 2000.
