Chris Garrett

Chris Garrett has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various technology roles. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Architect at Trextel, where they lead engineering efforts for customer-facing and internal tools and development products. In this role, Chris is responsible for setting the technical direction and executing software development at Trextel. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Support Services at Trextel, where they oversaw Network Operations and Application Delivery/Production support. Chris has also worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at Privaci, a cybersecurity consulting company, where they provided world-class security consulting services to corporate clients. Chris has held leadership positions at Bridge2 Solutions, Birch Communications, One Source Networks, TelePacific Communications, Grande Communications Networks LLC, Internet Technical Services, and EZcorp, with responsibilities ranging from Network Operations to Call Center Management and Quality Assurance. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and technical expertise.

Chris Garrett completed their high school education at Oakwood Christian School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from 1980 to 1987. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Concordia College-New York. Later, in the timeframe of 2010 to 2014, they furthered their education at the same institution, achieving an Executive MBA with a specialization in Telecommunications Management.
