Latishia Wilks has a diverse work experience in the field of voice engineering and project management. Latishia started their career in 1998 as a Sr. Technical Associate I at AT&T Solutions, where they supported manager for various sites and managed vendor relations. Latishia then worked as a Telecommunications Engineer at Cisco Systems, responsible for daily operations in global contact centers. Later, at Fidelity Investments, they served as a Telecom/Data Manager, converting employees to the company's infrastructure and handling daily MACs and fault tickets. At ATT Business Services, they worked as a Tier II/III Support Engineer, handling complex issues and collaborating with engineers and vendors for various projects. Latishia then joined Telsource Corporation as a Voice Engineer/IT Project Manager, managing interactions with clients, vendors, and ensuring system turn-up. Currently, they work at Trextel as a Voice Engineer/IT Project Manager, working within the Voice solution practice. Overall, Latishia has demonstrated their expertise in voice engineering, project management, and providing technical support throughout their career.

Latishia Wilks pursued their education at Columbia Southern University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management. Prior to that, they attended Virginia State University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
