Martin MacKinnon has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Martin started their career as a Technical Specialist at Sitel, providing support for various network issues and mentoring new staff. Martin then worked as a QA Tester at Realtime Worlds, running test matrices and submitting bugs. At Tag Games, they were a Junior Gameplay Programmer and worked on porting a PC game to mobile devices. Martin later joined Astraware as a Generalist Programmer, working on mobile games and porting existing titles. Martin then moved to VEEMEE as a Generalist Programmer, where they worked on PlayStation Home projects and collaborated with third parties. Martin continued their career at Rockstar Games as a Senior Technical Designer, contributing to game development until 2021. Martin most recently joined Ripple Effect Studios as a Senior Technical Designer in 2022 and is currently working at Treyarch in the same role.
