Mai Tran

Mai Tran's work experience began in 2013 as an Assistant to the CEO cum Sales Executive Officer at Optimus Tech JSC, where they managed the CEO's agenda and worked closely with team leaders on ongoing projects. Mai then moved on to Techcombank as a Relationship Manager, where they established relationships with new clients and managed current clients to build up a loan portfolio. After that, they joined Ngân hàng TMCP Đông Nam Á - SEABANK as an Inbound Remittance Development officer, overseeing and promoting remittance sales. Most recently, Mai Tran worked at TRG International as the Chief of Operations, where they established quality procedures and standards, worked with various departments on performance issues, and ensured high levels of customer service in top international schools.

Mai Tran received a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Hanoi University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Mai Tran has obtained certifications in "Managing Projects with Microsoft 365" from LinkedIn and "Certified KPI Professionals" from The KPI Institute. Mai also received the Amcham Scholarship from The American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, although the specific dates of obtaining the scholarship are not provided.
