Leigh Walters

Leigh Walters is the current President & COO at TRG Screen. Leigh has been with TRG Screen for 5 years and 7 months, and has held various titles during their tenure including President & COO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer / Managing Director. As COO, Leigh is responsible for delivering company objectives and running the day to day business, with a focus on growth, scale and integration of acquisitions. Leigh is also responsible for growth strategy, clients and revenue - encompassing sales, marketing, relationship management and customer success. Prior to their current role, Leigh served as the CRO for TRG Screen and Managing Director of Priory Solutions/Legal business (A TRG Screen business). Private Equity owned by Pamlico Capital, following successful exit in 2018. In this role, Leigh was responsible for the business achieving its revenue targets and other commercial objectives by sales, marketing, and account management. Leigh also served as the General Manager of the Legal business, providing direction and operations management across all functions from Development through to Sales. Prior to their time at TRG Screen, Leigh served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Validis for 1 year and 2 months. Leigh also served as Managing Director, Global head of sales and partners at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation for 1 year and 7 months. Leigh began their career as the Finance and Operations Director at Thomson Reuters where they worked for 4 years and 10 months.

Leigh Walters has a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Brighton. Leigh also has a professional qualification from the ACCA.
