Training Manager - Optimize Program at TRG Screen

Robin van der Linden has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. They started their career at Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer, where they worked in various administrative roles, including Junior Medewerker Programmamanagement and Administratief Medewerker. In 2011, they became an Administrateur at Welzijnsvereniging Villandry. They then joined Studievereniging VOCUS as the Secretaris Web-Commissie. Robin later returned to Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer, where they provided administrative support as well as worked on value transfers of pensions.

In 2015, Robin joined TRG Screen as an INFOmatch Consultant, where they provided consultancy, project management, and account management services. They then advanced to the role of Senior INFOmatch Consultant and later became the Manager of Client Success and Support & Managed Service. In 2022, Robin took over the position of Head of Managed Service Client Delivery, International. They are currently working as the Training Manager - Optimize Program, responsible for training staff and clients on the Optimize platform.

Throughout their career, Robin has gained experience in enterprise subscription management, market data management, project management, and customer support.

Robin van der Linden completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Onderwijskunde (Education Science) from Universiteit Utrecht in December 2013. Prior to that, they attended Cals College in Nieuwegein from 2001 to 2007, where they pursued Gymnasium studies. In terms of additional certifications, Robin obtained the EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in January 2020. They also have certifications in Bierista from Bierista.nl | Bierista Bieropleiding (June 2018), VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) from ExplainiT (October 2015), and Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks (March 2019). Additionally, Robin achieved an International Baccalaureate - Higher Level M07 English A2 certification from IBO, Genève in August 2007.
