Ambarish Sarkar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food and drink development. Currently serving as an Executive Food and Drinks Development Chef and Executive Chef at The Restaurant Group plc since August 2019, Ambarish focuses on new concepts development. Prior to this role, Ambarish held the position of Development Chef at SSP Group Plc from November 2016 to July 2019 and served as Executive Chef for culinary development at Sea Chefs from June 2016 to November 2016. Ambarish also worked as Head Chef at State Street Baxterstory and Benugo, both under the WSH Group, from January 2015 to June 2016 and January 2013 to January 2015, respectively. Ambarish holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management in India, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
