Ben Keggans is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Food & Drink Executive Chef at The Big Table Group since September 2017, Ben also holds the position of Executive Food & Drink Development Chef for Leisure & Concessions at The Restaurant Group plc, a role held since August 2016. Prior experience includes development and interim chef roles at Hawthorn Leisure Limited and the authentic food company, as well as a food development management position at Mitchells & Butlers. Ben's career began in 1998 at The Royal Commonwealth Club, progressing through positions such as Senior Sous Chef at Chelsea Village Hotels and Head Chef at both Pacific Oriental Restaurant and Holiday Inn. Ben's educational foundation includes a Diploma in Food and Beverage Operations from Guildford College of Technology, completed from 1989 to 1991.
