Ben Phlipot

As the Senior Director of Customer Success and Experience, Ben Phlipot leads the development and implementation of TRG’s Customer Success program. Ben ensures both foreign and domestic customers have an exceptional experience as they work with TRG, overseeing customer onboarding/implementation, post-live support, customer advocacy, services and retention. Prior to joining the team in 2014 originally as Director of Project Management, Ben spent 10 years as an IT professional in the U.S. Coast Guard with responsibilities spanning from IT management to IT network and infrastructure projects. Ben graduated from Upper Iowa University with a B.S. degree in Technology and Information Management. He also received his MBA from Upper Iowa University. In addition, Ben has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing since 2013.
