Frederico Villaret

Frederico Villaret is an experienced professional in digital transformation and user experience design, currently serving as Salesforce CX, PM & Scrum Master at Tech Remote Hub (TRH) since September 2021, following a role as Salesforce UX/UI Consultant at the same company. Prior to TRH, Frederico worked at Waeg, an IBM Company, from September 2019 to August 2021, first as a Customer Experience Consultant and then as a UX/UI Designer, contributing to digital commercial transformation initiatives. Frederico's career began at New Lineo Cinemas de Portugal, where responsibilities included cinema management, human resources, and project management, spanning from February 2007 to November 2017. Frederico holds a Bootcamp degree in UX/UI Design from Ironhack and is pursuing further education at the University of Lisbon.
