Joanna Mendoza is an experienced banking and reconciliation professional with a comprehensive background in customer relations and administration. Currently serving as Banking & Reconciliation Manager at TRI-AD since July 2015, Joanna has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Banking Supervisor and Banking Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Optical Connection, Inc. as a Customer Relations Representative and at Rassel Chiropractic Center as a Chiropractic Assistant. Joanna’s career began at Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Sales Representative. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University, expected in August 2025, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, earned in 2022, along with an Associate's degree from MiraCosta College.
