Tara Eagle, MBA, MLS(ASCP), CLS, is an experienced laboratory professional with a diverse background in laboratory management and clinical operations. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Laboratory Services and Laboratory Operations Manager at Tri-City Medical Center since January 2016, Tara has overseen laboratory functions in a full-service hospital setting. Previous roles include Laboratory Manager at Sonic Healthcare USA and Laboratory Technical Supervisor at cCARE, where Tara successfully managed teams and implemented cost-reduction strategies. With clinical expertise in molecular genetics from positions at Genoptix and Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Tara brings strong skills in patient diagnostics and laboratory compliance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Colorado State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Microbiology and Clinical Laboratory Science from Miami University.
