Tim Nemec has a diverse work experience in the banking and insurance industry. Tim has held various roles with different banks, starting from their early years as a Branch Manager at ITT Financial Services in 1986. Tim then transitioned to work as an Independent Agent in insurance sales before joining State Bank of August in 1997 as a VP - Lending, where they focused on commercial lending. Tim moved to Bank Mutual in 2000, where they started and managed the Commercial Department, overseeing a staff of four and $45 million in outstandings. Tim later joined AnchorBank in 2008 as the SVP of the Special Assets Group, where they successfully reduced classified assets and OREO of the bank. In 2016, Tim joined North Shore Bank as a VP in Commercial Banking, originating C&I loans and assisting in developing entry-level employees. Tim then moved on to Capitol Bank in 2019, working as a VP in Commercial Lending. Currently, Tim holds the position of VP Commercial Banking at Tri City National Bank, where they are responsible for commercial banking activities.
Tim Nemec earned an Associate's degree in Accounting from Northwood Technical College between 1984 and 1986.
