Charlie Clifford

Charlie Clifford has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at Tri Counties Bank since May 2022. Prior to this role, Clifford held similar positions at Bank of Marin from August 2013 to May 2022 and at Carrollton Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending from December 2009 to July 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at The Private Bank and Trust Company and Assistant Vice President at Southwest Bank of St. Louis. Charlie Clifford completed a Master of Business Administration at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies at Vassar College, along with attending the Pacific Coast Banking School from 2015 to 2017.
