Dana Beeckman

Dana Beeckman is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruiting and human resources. Since January 2018, Dana has served as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Tri Counties Bank. Prior to this role, Dana was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Armanino LLP from November 2007 to November 2016, and held the position of Senior Recruiting Consultant at Blue Shield of California from November 2003 to October 2007. Before these leadership roles, Dana worked as a Senior Recruiter at Bank of the West from August 1998 to November 2003 and began a career in recruiting at Scarbrough Management as a Recruiter from March 1997 to August 1998. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Fullerton, earned in 1996.
