Don Forbis

Don Forbis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Don began their career in 2000 as a Sales/Sales Manager at ABP/Scanning Systems/Scantron/PTM Document Systems. In this role, they primarily focused on inside sales, targeting schools, city, county, and state agencies. Don excelled at cold-calling, account management, and trade show sales. Additionally, they led a team of three in inside sales.

In 2006, Forbis joined Culver Careers as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. Don successfully completed the full cycle recruiting and sourcing for various businesses. Due to their expertise and mentorship, they were promoted from a Recruiter to a Senior Recruiter. Don guided and mentored younger recruiters throughout this journey.

Since 2008, Forbis has been associated with Tri Counties Bank as a Vice President and Talent Acquisition Manager. This role has allowed him to excel in managing talent acquisition processes and strategies for the bank.
