Gavin Williams

Gavin Williams has held various roles in the banking industry. Gavin began their career as a Retail Development Associate at PNC, where they participated in a management training program. Gavin then moved on to Heritage Oaks Bank, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager, responsible for expanding and building relationships with customers. At The Bank of Santa Barbara, they served as an AVP Credit Underwriter, analyzing financial statements and providing recommendations to loan committees. Gavin later joined First Choice Bank in California as a Vice President Portfolio Manager, helping clients navigate the SBA loan process and developing profitable relationships. Following this, they worked at CommerceWest Bank as a Vice President Portfolio Manager. Currently, they are serving as a Vice President Relationship Manager at Tri Counties Bank, focusing on providing financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Gavin Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Principia College, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In 2006, they briefly attended Harvard University, focusing on Architecture, but did not obtain a degree.
