Stephen Cairns

Stephen Cairns currently serves as a Board Member at the Greater Sacramento Urban League and holds the position of Commercial Lending Regional Manager at Tri Counties Bank since June 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing market share in the Sacramento and North-Central Valley regions through team management and self-production. Prior roles at Tri Counties Bank included Vice President, Senior Commercial Banker and Team Leader, focusing on commercial banking relationships. Stephen's extensive experience also includes positions at Banner Bank, Mechanics Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Rabobank, Cru, and Heritage Oaks Bank, with a strong emphasis on relationship lending, portfolio management, and commercial banking. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School at the UW Foster School of Business.
