Karen Mack, MPA

Karen Mack, MPA has a varied work experience in the field of care coordination and case management. Karen is currently employed as a Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Partners Health Plan from February 2020 to January 2021 as a Care Coordinator/Care Manager. From October 2018 to January 2020, Karen served as a Supervisor/Case Manager at ADAPT Community Network. Karen also gained experience as a Case Manager at Breaking Ground from January 2017 to November 2017, and in the same role at Women In Need, Inc. from January 2016 to September 2016.

Karen Mack, MPA holds a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree from Metropolitan College of New York, which they earned from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communications at The College of New Rochelle from 2012 to 2015.
