Colleen Turner

Colleen Turner, Ed.D. has been working at Gateway Community Action Partnership since August 1999. Currently, Colleen serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing 14 Head Start centers in Atlantic and Cape May counties in New Jersey. In addition, Colleen is also the Director of Early Head Start/Head Start Options, managing child care partnerships and Home-based programs in several counties. Additionally, Colleen has been an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland County College since January 2007. Colleen holds a Doctor of Education from Walden University, a Master's degree in School Business Administration from Rowan University, and a BA in Political Science from Montclair State University.
