Eleanor Nelson

Eleanor Nelson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and mediation. Currently serving as the Director of the Job Match Re-Employment Project since 2009, Eleanor oversees support for unemployed individuals in mid- to upper-level management within southern Maryland. In addition, Eleanor has been a Mediator for the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Maryland since January 2007, developing Parenting Agreements to protect children's interests during parental separations. Eleanor's coaching expertise is demonstrated through work as an Executive Coach at Coach on Call since 2000. Previously, Eleanor held the position of Human Resource Manager at Law Firm Management from 1980 to 1990, where responsibilities included professional development and performance evaluation across various law firms. Eleanor obtained a Master of Science in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
