Leonard Greene

Leonard Greene is a Performance & Quality Specialist at Tri County Council For Southern Maryland since September 2014, responsible for overseeing performance measures reporting for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and holds certifications in Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS), Economic Modeling Specialists, International (EMSI), and Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE). Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Manager at Adele H. Stamp Student Union: The TerpZone, a Data Collector at ICF, International, and a Business Management Analyst at Lord & Tucker Management Consultants, LLC. Leonard has also worked in customer service and marketing positions at Abercrombie & Fitch and as a Student Marketing Manager at UMBC, as well as gaining laboratory experience with the United States Department of Agriculture. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned in 2012.
