Nikki Bradburn

Nikki Bradburn SPHR is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Tri-County Council For Southern Maryland since May 2024, Nikki previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ECRI and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Recovery Centers of America. With a background that includes teaching Human Resource Management at College of Southern Maryland and various roles at Charles County Government, including Human Resources Manager and Recruitment and Retention Administrator, Nikki has a well-rounded skill set in HR operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Nikki completed a certificate program in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through the Maryland Equity & Inclusion Leadership Program.
