Cole Shirley

Cole Shirley has been working in the field of electric utilities since 2018, when they began working for Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. as Manager of Meters and Fiber Infrastructure. Cole was later promoted to Manager of Meter and Field Communications, and then to Project Specialist. Before that, they worked for Madisonville CISD as an Assistant Basketball Coach from 2013 to 2018. From 2012 to 2013, they worked for KMVL Radio Station as a Sports show host/board operator. Cole also worked as a GIS Intern for Mid-South Synergy from 2012 to 2013.

Cole Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University, which they obtained in 2013. Cole is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, Cole has obtained six certifications from LinkedIn, including Executive Leadership (2021), Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings (2020), Avoiding New Manager Mistakes (2020), 15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management (2020), Managing Conflict: A Practical Guide to Resolution in the Workplace (2020), and New Manager Foundations (2020).
