Since 1972, Tri-County Family Medicine has been the premier provider of primary care services to our communities. Now with six health centers in Livingston, Steuben, and Allegany Counties, we continue our tradition of delivering comprehensive family medicine, including pediatric, obstetrical and geriatric services, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Tri-County Family Medicine Program, Inc. is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike organization. We offer a sliding fee discount program and accept patients into our practice without regard to their ability to pay.
