Holly Thompson

Holly Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Holly started their career as an intern at the City of Fort Worth in 2000 and then worked as a Communications Specialist at Crescent Real Estate from 2001 to 2002. In 2004, they transitioned into education and worked as an English Teacher at Arlington ISD until 2008, when they became a Journalism Teacher at Highland Park ISD until 2011. Holly then moved into the nonprofit sector and joined Delta Delta Delta as the Senior Director of Marketing & Project Management, where they coordinated various marketing and communications campaigns. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President of Marketing & Communications, where they oversaw the communications, technology, and marketing departments. Finally, in 2017, they became the Senior Director of Information Technology at Delta Delta Delta, where they are currently responsible for IT strategy and implementation.

Holly Thompson attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Technology. Holly also holds additional certifications in English as a Second Language Grades 4-8, Generalist 4-8, and Texas Teacher Technology Competencies Certification Grades K-12, all from the Texas Education Agency.
