Terry Swindell

Mr. Swindell is a Texas CPA working out of the Tri Global Energy corporate headquarters located in Dallas, Texas, and joined Tri Global in November 2009. Prior to joining Tri Global Energy, He was the Controller of Dental One, Inc., a dental practice management company with 63 dental practices in Texas, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona, with annual revenues of $70M. He was responsible for accounting operations and overseeing internal and external financial reporting. His expertise includes developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, designing internal controls, and financial planning and analysis.

Terry has also held senior accounting positions at Grubb and Ellis Management Services, Inc., a global commercial real-estate broker and services company; EMC Mortgage, Inc., a mortgage acquisition and servicing company; and Nortel Networks, a multi-billion dollar global provider of telecommunications technology and equipment. Terry began his career with a small North Texas CPA firm where he prepared individual income tax returns and worked on audit engagements for healthcare entities and not-for-profits, such as: hospitals, home health agencies, rural water districts, and municipalities.

Mr. Swindell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
