James Mahlmann

James Mahlmann has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in technology and business management. Since January 1994, James has served as Chief Operating Officer at NetCetra, overseeing services related to web hosting, programming, and cloud applications. Additionally, James is a Managing Partner at FMx2 Enterprises LLC, focusing on vacation rentals in Cape Coral. James has held leadership positions in education, including Chairman of the Ocean County Vocational Technical School and Advisory Board Member at Ocean County College, where curriculum development is emphasized. As a Board Member at MODC, James has contributed to business networking and lobbying efforts in central New Jersey. James has also chaired initiatives for small businesses at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association and has previous experience in the music industry as a promoter and nightclub owner.
