Mariclaire Leach

Mariclaire Leach is an experienced loan officer currently employed at Tri Pointe Connect since May 2022, with a solid background in mortgage lending, having previously worked at Lennar Mortgage and Universal American Mortgage Company. Mariclaire has been actively involved with the Home Builders Association of Raleigh - Wake County as a committee member since September 2017. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Mariclaire's career began with roles in customer service and administrative support, including positions at Highfill Infrastructure Engineering and Blockade Runner Beach Resort. Mariclaire has also completed multiple mortgage origination training programs and obtained mortgage loan origination licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina.
