Jared Knickmeyer, MBA, is an experienced real estate professional specializing in land acquisitions and business development within the residential sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Tri Pointe Homes since November 2020, Jared has previously held key positions, including Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Richmond American Homes and Vice President of Acquisition at Intracorp Companies. With a solid foundation in managing land acquisition departments and overseeing residential projects, Jared has demonstrated expertise in negotiating and securing real estate assets across various markets, including Southern California and the Puget Sound region. Jared holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a BS in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego.
