Stephanie Kossoris

Stephanie Kossoris is an experienced professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as the National Director of Design Studio Operations at Tri Pointe Homes since October 2017. In this role, Kossoris plays a key role in developing people and processes to ensure satisfaction among homeowners across 15 markets in the United States. Prior to joining Tri Pointe Homes, Kossoris held various positions at Shea Homes, culminating in the role of National Design Studio Operations Manager from April 2005 to October 2017. Kossoris holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, earned between 1999 and 2003.
