Will Holder

Will Holder is a retired homebuilding executive who spent over 25 years as the President of Trendmaker Homes until 2018, where they focused on plan development and design. Currently, Will serves as a Professor of Practice in Construction Science Management at Texas State University, fostering the next generation of homebuilders. Will holds a BA in Political Science and Business from Texas State University, along with an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University. They are based in San Marcos, Texas, and continue to advocate for homebuilding education.
