Tonya Mills

Tonya Mills is currently the Vice President Business Development at Tri Properties, Inc. Tonya previously served as the Associate Director of Development at the same company from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, Tonya worked as a Civil Engineer at The Wooten Company from 1994 to 1998. Tonya holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University, where Tonya studied from 1988 to 2004.
