Russell Davis

Russell Davis has over 26 years of experience in maintenance management. Russell started their career at Kelly-Springfield Tire in 1993 as a Maintenance Manager, where they worked until 2001. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Maintenance Manager at Dura-Bar Manufacturing. Then, they joined Gunite Corporation as a Maintenance Superintendent from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, Davis has been with Tri Star Metals, initially as a Maintenance Manager and currently as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance. Throughout their career, they have successfully implemented systems and strategies to improve equipment reliability, spare parts control, and technician training.

Russell Davis received their education in the field of Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician through the US Navy Nuclear Power program. Russell attended this program from 1986 to 1988 and earned a degree as a Nuclear Power Plant Operator.
